

I would definitely consider watching WoodenPotatoes's video, since it does give a good overview of what you should do. However, Mastereffect + Reshade requires Reshade 2 instead of the more recent reshade 3 because of compatibility issues, and you need to find the unlocker exe for it as well. From my experience, SweetFX is a lot easier to install compared to reshade + mastereffect, because it should generally work once installed. I wouldn't say there's a best one since they all do their job rather nicely. SweetFX, Mastereffect, and GemFX are all very nice modifications to the game to be honest. This is going to go off of personal experience so they're subjective and just my opinion.
